The 42nd Annual General Meeting will be conducted by electronic means pursuant to ‘COVID‐19 (Temporary Measures) (Alternative Arrangements for Meetings for Registered Societies) Order 2020’.

  2. To consider, approve and adopt the Annual/President’s Report of the Council for 2019/2020.
  3. To consider, approve and adopt the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for 2019.
