For SWS members only. Corporate Members can register max 2 persons but only one representative can vote on behalf of the company.

Reception with finger food and coffee/tea will be served from 5:00PM to 6:00PM and dinner will follow after the AGM. Special table will be arranged for Muslim members.

The 46th Annual General Meeting will be conducted physically.

Agenda:

To confirm the minutes of the 45th Annual General Meeting held on 26th May 2023.
To consider, approve and adopt the Annual/President’s Report of the Council for 2023/2024 (copy will be made available at the AGM).
To consider, approve and adopt the Treasurer’s Report and Statement of Comprehensive Income for 2023 (copy will be made available at the AGM).
To elect Council members for 2024-2026.
