The 43rd Annual General Meeting will be conducted by electronic means pursuant to ‘COVID‐19 (Temporary Measures) (Alternative Arrangements for Meetings for Registered Societies) Order 2020’.

Agenda:

  1. To confirm the minutes of the 42nd Annual General Meeting held on 19th Sep 2020.
  2. To consider, approve and adopt the Annual/President’s Report of the Council for 2020/2021.
  3. To consider, approve and adopt the Treasure’s Report and Statement of Comprehensive Income for 2020.
  4. To elect Council members for 2021‐2023.
