The 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Welding Society (SWS) will be held on Friday, 29 May 2026, at 6:00 pm, at the Civil Service Club, Level 2, Hilltop Garden Restaurant, located at 91 Bukit Batok West Avenue 2, Singapore 659206.

Registration will open at 5:00 pm. A reception with finger food and coffee/tea will be served from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Dinner will be served after the AGM, and Halal food will be provided.

Members who wish to seek election to the Council are required to submit the enclosed “Nomination Form for Council Member” to the Honorary Secretary no later than 30 April 2026 at 3:00 pm, at the address specified on the Nomination Form.

To consider, approve and adopt the Annual / President’s Report of the Council for FY 2025/2026. (Copy will be made available at the AGM)
To consider, approve and adopt the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for FY 2025. (Copy will be made available at the AGM)
To elect Council Members for the term 2026-2028
Any other business
